Example : Orders placed with UPS 2 Day Air on Friday will ship out next business/working day and usually arrives on Wednesday.

Claims for lost packages will be processed only when package tracking indicates that the package was NOT delivered correctly. Please contact our customer service for more information. Should your organization or office refuse delivery of any package, and the package is returned to us, we will treat this as a refund (see above). If you would like us to redeliver, you will need to place another order with us.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes we can, but we HIGHLY recommend you check out out our Store Locator for a store near to you or, if you are located in EU/UK or Canada, select from the links at the top of the page. International orders are subject to the customs/duty fees as determined by the destination country and are customer responsibility.
I live outside of the USA and my country charges tax/duty at the border for purchases, can you mark my shipment as a gift or lower the value of the order?
