Limited 1-Year Warranty

All products made by Sleepypod carry a limited 1-year warranty. All of our products are manufactured under the highest standards and are warranted to be free from material and workmanship defects for 1 year from the date of purchase or as long as the original purchaser owns the product (proof of purchase is required), whichever is shorter.

This limited warranty covers defects encountered in the normal use of the product and does not apply if the product is damaged due to physical abuse, mishandling, accident, use during competition, animal attack, or negligence, or if the product is altered or modified by the purchaser in any way. This warranty does not cover the natural breakdown of materials, seams, or components which may occur after extended use of the product. This warranty only applies to defects that impact the performance of the product, and not cosmetic issues due to normal "wear and tear" of the product. If the product is found to be defective, Sleepypod's only obligation and the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy is the repair or replacement of the product with the same or comparable product.

Sleepypod shall have no liability or responsibility to the purchaser or any other person for any special, incidental, or consequential losses or damages caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the product. Except for the express warranty stated above, Sleepypod makes no other warranties with respect to the product, expressed or implied. We reserve the right to make changes in design, materials, and specifications without prior notice.

All returns must be sent to Sleepypod at the purchaser's expense. Any product we find to be defective will be repaired or replaced, at our option. If we receive a product that is not covered under this warranty, we will contact the sender and advise of appropriate repair charges. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
